Great stay, nice hotel overall & friendly staff.
Convenient location and access to the city with underground on-site parking being a huge plus. Spacious rooms, nice bathroom and decent comfy bed.
Carpet had some weird stains on them and the hotel bar closed relatively earlier than expected (albeit it was a Sunday).

Comfortable stay and has all you need.
Proximity to city centre. Staff do try to be friendly. Overall not too bad. I must say rooms are much bigger than Manchester.
The bathrooms are dated with shower curtains which I hate. Compared to Manchester it really requires updating. Also second breakfast we were quizzed as if we wanted to have free breakfast that we had not paid for. This had already been paid at check in and found the situation embarrassing especially when he said he couldn’t find our name on the list so needs to call reception to confirm. In the meantime queue was forming behind. Unfortunately we also had to go downstairs to ask for towels as not enough to round.
